Investment In Real Estate

 

The real estate market looked bright in the San Jose area when the closed sales in the area doubled in January 2009 as compared to a year before. The sales were up by 51 percent Santa Clara County Area. The low interest rate and more availability inn the market has prompted people to invest in real estate.
