In the world of business software, there tends to be a lot more hype than valuable information on what a company actually needs to be efficient and productive. In fact, most advertisements and flashy mock ups about various business computer software packages are just fluff.  In fact, there may also be a smooth talking sales guy trying to convince you that you need their business software because it comes with a free subscription to ESPN.  There are many choices in the market place; and I would advise you to do your research before making any kind of financial investment for business software.
