Effect Of Unemployment On Real Estate

 

According to the National Association of Realtors the pending home sales fell 4 % in November. The Real estate analysts say that due to the recession and unemployment problems the home buyers are not ready to buy the homes any more. Usually once the home sales contracts are signed with a couple of months the sale is finalized. But due to the recession the sale contracts signed are not turning into final sales due the many reasons like home buyers not getting the mortgages, the economical crunch making people step back to invest in new homes, Unemployment or job insecurity and more.
